Plant a tree for the environment. Mine and maltalunch’s contribution to “plant a tree” is a newly bought orange tree from the slopes of Etna in Sicily. It will do nice on our tiny balcony.
“Although the island was originally meant to comply with EU regulations for PM10 emissions by 2005, the established levels were not reached.
A Mepa spokesman said: “Malta has had difficulty in complying with the PM10 limit values and is in the process of preparing an air quality plan which has to demonstrate how conformity will be achieved by May 2011.”
Just found a new blog called; Malta hotspots, specializing in writing about new places. Check it out here: http://maltahotspots.blogspot.com/,
The new maltalunch website was launched just a week ago. It’s the result of 6 weeks hard work by the excellent development team over at ActiveBoxSite in West Java Indonesia – Thanks for all good work Erwin!
It has been tough fixing all bugs, getting user accounts back in place and importing the old blog. Felt abit nostalgic looking back at the very first blog post written back in 2007 for at that time “The lunch”. Then we lived on a simple free Google Blogspot address whilst now the muscles are on a custom PHP cms.
