I dont agree at all. Millenium Kebab is very healthy and fresh. everything is prepared on a daily basis, nothing comes ready from the can. all the staff knows hygiene. even in summer, unlike some posted before, all food stays fresh as they close the curtain to protect from the sun.

Call me judgmental but food in Sweden, Norway AND Malta is based on the same biological and chemical process as in any other parts of the world, in Malta even more.

So if there should be a country where they should have a great knowledge about bacteria and hygiene, it should be in a country where the average temperature of the year is 25 degrees.

It like when you go to the butcher, I've never seen them wearing plastic gloves. Not even at Arkadia.

Straws is near the Armani store on prince of Wales - great place for a simple sandwich or a plate of pasta!

I have personally stopped eating there after two incidents.

1: Worker sneezes directly into his hand, then without washing his hands continues to prepare food. Then he goes on to, with the same hand, pick chicken meat straight from the rotating grill and putting it in his mouth. He finishes of this fresh session by dipping same hand into the salad buffé and reaches for some lettuce and puts in his mouth.

2: I found a 3 cm long hair in my food (my head is shaved). That was it for me and I will never buy anything from there again.

Still, if you don't mind the hygiene... the lamb and shish kebab are absolutely great. Stay away from the chicken thighs though, as they are re-heated in the microwave for your atomic and dry pleasure.

What is this "Straw" you are talking about?
