The ever growing popularity of Greger’s own kitchen has taken the path of Pasta Salcicia. Fresh Maltese sausage, garlic, spring onions, chili, tomato sauce and a hint of persil in a fabulous blend.
By the way, stepped by the clock repair shop with my new watch that needed to be adjusted. Having a surfaced discussion I started to ask some questions about his watch. “Nah, it’s nothing special. I had an old strap, 30-years old now, that I put on a newer 10 EUR watch… you know, watches doesn’t interest me at all….”
One day later I still don’t know what to say.
However, what I do know is that Greger will travel south to the island of Sicily early tomorrow morning. Hopefully we’ll avoid all the crap places and go straight for the best Tratorias!
