Since I eat lunch more or less everyday at “Star” I could easily fill up the whole blog with just Club sandwich/ftira’s 
Yes, because that’s the only thing I eat for lunch.
Must mean that it’s good or I’ve a bad selection of choice? As previously written about Star, it’s blends a good atmosphere with great easy lunch food. Exactly what the strand needs more of.
I strongly suggest:Club ftira with some extra fried potatoes wedges as side order together with a healthy peach juice.

My name in Kryddan, funny name for a Swede I know. Anyway this is my first comment in this superb blog, of which I am a regular reader of.
Today I just wanted to criticize the service at Star Café in Sliema.
Me and my three colleagues went there for a lunch today, but the service didn’t exist, even though there was four waitresses on duty. We waited for over 10 minutes without even being looked at.
After 12 minutes we decided to leave the restaurant.
Is this common in Malta?
